In December 2009, a financial services firm was fined $1.2 Million for failing to review and archive email properly. As archiving becomes a MUST HAVE, SMBs and enterprise companies are turning to the cloud for affordable, scalable, and on-demand solutions. Barron’s Magazine predicted that “cloud computing will be as revolutionary as the internet.” The need for email archiving and the move towards cloud computing complement each other well: Radicati researchers predict that the cloud email archiving market will double by 2015.
